Our Team

Dave Runkle

PRESIDENT

Dave started in the conveyor business in 1994 as an Applications Engineer designing, quoting, and managing material handling systems. His hard work, vision, and dedication has led him to his current position as President of Javelin Automation. Dave’s integrity, commitment to quality, and focus on customer satisfaction are unyielding and evident as his role as President. Dave enjoys spending time at home with his wife Jennifer, and two boys, Alec and Ashton, every chance he gets.

Jim Moffitt

VICE PRESIDENT

Jim has been leading the conveyor industry with his innovative designs for over 24 years. He has a vast experience in a full range of conveyance and material handling applications. He has developed high-speed lines running over 40,000 BPH and has been granted 5 patents in the manufacturing industry. Jim’s leadership in quality and manufacturing drives him to develop innovative material handling equipment. Jim holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Penn State University.

George Sepic

DIRECTOR SALES & MARKETING

George is a proven leader with over 20 years of executive management, leadership, and sales experience. He has successfully provided vision, strategies and leadership to achieve ambitious goals. He has a proven record of cultivating teams as they reach revenue goals. George holds an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, and enjoys spending time with his family, his dog, and playing golf.
